Daniel Francis is an accomplished construction professional with over 30 years of industry experience, combining extensive hands-on expertise with strong site management and leadership capabilities.
Having established his career as a window fitter, Daniel has developed a diverse breadth of construction experience across landscaping, bathroom and kitchen installation, and wider building works. This practical foundation provides him with a comprehensive understanding of construction processes, quality standards and the importance of delivering projects to a high standard.
In his current role, Daniel is responsible for the day-to-day management of a building site, overseeing all trades and coordinating activities to ensure projects progress safely, efficiently and in line with programme requirements. His responsibilities include site inductions, health and safety management, contractor coordination, quality control and maintaining high standards across the development.
Daniel also plays an important role in the customer journey, meeting prospective buyers on site and providing a professional and knowledgeable point of contact. Following completion, he oversees the aftercare process, ensuring customer queries and any outstanding matters are addressed efficiently and professionally.
Holding certifications in Telehandler, Excavator, IPAF, PASMA and First Aid, Daniel brings a strong combination of practical construction knowledge, operational leadership and customer-focused communication. His experience and attention to detail contribute to the successful delivery of high-quality developments from construction through to completion and aftercare.
