Our portfolio includes new-build, conversion, refurbishment and part-completed residential developments across London, the South East and the wider UK.

We have delivered projects under a range of construction and procurement arrangements, including Main Contracting, Construction Management, fixed-price building contracts and directly procured trade packages.

A significant part of our experience involves taking control of complex or distressed schemes following contractor or developer insolvency. This has required detailed investigation of incomplete works, subcontractor re-procurement, design coordination, regulatory regularisation and the delivery of remedial and completion works.
